About the role

We are currently hiring leaders to join our GMiT (General Manager in Training) program.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate register to enter orders, process sales and collect payment from customers.
• Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Inventory and cash control.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Fun and friendly personality, comfortable talking to strangers.
• Team player with a positive attitude, punctual, dependable.
• Willingness to make suggestions and pitch in when needed.
• At least 18 years old with a retail or food‑service background.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lb.
• Legal ability to operate a motor vehicle in WA (preferred, insured and licensed).
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm for making pizza fun.

Pay

Shift Manager: $21.57 – $22.00 per hour

AM1: $22.00 – $22.50 per hour

AM2: $23.00 – $23.50 per hour

AM3: $24.00 – $24.50 per hour

AM4: $24.51 – $25.00 per hour

Overall range: $21.57 – $25.00 per hour.
