Assistant Manager (Starbucks)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and shift management
• Lead and motivate baristas to provide outstanding customer service and product quality
• Help train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained
• Aid with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and labor controls
• Resolve guest concerns professionally

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
