This is a small and tight knit department that works closely as a team to help create the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests. As a Private Lesson Assistant Manager, you will receive a high level of guest interaction and will be the face of our Adventure, Guiding, and Learning Center! We are looking for guest service-oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $27.00 - $32.14 Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process lift access products and private lessonsComfortable with requesting guest information and data required to complete transactionsAbility to learn, understand and effectively communicate with the guest about multiple product types and easily adapt to changing pricing and product offeringsMake suitable recommendations on products to meet the guests’ needs and the business objectivesWork with the Children, Adult, and EK Assistant Managers & Leads to schedule and assign the appropriate instructor to each private lesson; prioritize the guests' needs to provide an exceptional guest experience.Elevate the guest experience by assisting with all aspects of their visit as desired: transportation, lodging, F&B and entertainment recommendations, etc.Play an integral role in the planning and implementation of the Kirkwood SRS training program; Work with the SRS leadership team, trainers and staff to deliver excellent in-house training for new hires, certifications, and continuing education/professional development.Handle private lesson scheduling, payroll, and manage expectations for instructor performance and customer experience.
