Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Operations Manager to lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service.
• Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed.
• Aid the Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training, and/or recruiting.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions.

Skills

• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
