Assistant Manager (Sales/Sleep Specialist)

Levin Mattress in Butler, PA is seeking goal-oriented Sleep Specialists/Assistant Managers who are passionate about customer experiences and the health and wellness benefits of our products. Pay

Generous draw vs. commission structure: up to 6% commission plus bonus income. First-year Sales Associates average $50,000+, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually. During the first 90 days, a minimum guaranteed salary of $3,000/month is provided. Average annual earnings can reach $90,000+.

Responsibilities

• Provide equal and specified service to each customer to maximize satisfaction.
• Maximize sales opportunities; meet or exceed sales goals and standards.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through continued contact to retain future sales.
• Prospect new customers via internet, networking, personal mailers, etc.
• Accurately enter sales orders into the computer system and monitor customer orders for completion.
• Complete all required initial and ongoing sales training programs.
• Maintain general store appearance and accurate product information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work cooperatively with the store team to find customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive advertising and merchandise.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with internal and external personnel.
• Assist in general housekeeping, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Open to a draw/commission compensation structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening ability.
• High energy, socially-focused, and experienced in a customer satisfaction environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle details quickly and efficiently.
• Organized and able to assist in store operations, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a customer satisfaction environment.
• Certified Levin Sleep Specialist (training provided).
