Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute GT sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Distributor Management
- Appoint, monitor, and develop distributors.
- Ensure distributor profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain stock levels, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover.
Sales Team Management
- Supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and training sessions.
Market Execution
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
- Implement trade promotions and merchandising activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor collection, credit control, and distributor financial health.
