Assistant Manager - Sales

Minimum starting hourly rate of $17.85 – $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Get out of the store to safely and compliantly load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
