Assistant Manager - Sales

Minimum starting hourly rate of $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service with a "white glove" approach in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load, unload, transport, and install products while adhering to all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean store environment for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
