Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results
• Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements, and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts

Requirements

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
• Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
