The Team Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are acting as the "Grill Guru", the "Fry Fanatic", or "Guest Service Specialist", they are focused on hot, fresh, flavorful food, and creating happy guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
• Train and supervise team members to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Contribute to the success of the restaurant through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
