Description
Aid the Store Manager by performing tasks such as:
- Maintaining store coverage
- Training new hires
- Completing store paperwork
- Handling store shifts not covered by the Store Manager
- Ordering inventory
- Recruiting, interviewing, and motivating the team
- Managing store resources
- Building positive customer relationships
- Cash handling and managing inventory variances
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Computer literate (experience with POS systems preferred)
- At least 1 year of management experience in a retail setting
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week
- Availability to work evenings, nights, and some overnight shifts
- Flexible schedule acceptable
