Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Covers activities that need to be performed.
• Oversees quality control processes.
• Enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Reviews and analyzes reporting results.
• Safeguards work according to priority, budget, quality, and deadlines.
• Maintains inventory levels.
• Provides training and cross-training opportunities.
• Identifies and develops potential leaders.
• Evaluates employee performance.
• Administers performance improvement plans.
• Maintains a satisfactory work attendance record.
• Collaborates with other departments.

Education And Experience Requirements

• A minimum of HS graduate/GED.
• Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing role.

• Attend or conduct production meetings as required.

• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

• Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.

Required Certifications

• First Aid and CPR.
• Leadership Training Courses.
• RCRA certification (hazardous waste management).
• DOT certification.
• 608 Universal Refrigerant certification.
