About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and managing pre-construction tasks for commercial fence projects.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate pre-construction activities for commercial fence projects.
- Communicate project timelines and requirements to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before project commencement.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
