Pre-Construction Assistant Manager

About the role

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer
• Detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts
• Lead internal project pre-construction meetings
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana (Medical Marijuana Cards are not acceptable as a Federal Contractor)
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to commute to the office daily

Skills

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Construction software and computer skill experience

Pay

The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour. The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour.

Schedule

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
