The Assistant Manager role is a multifaceted position that combines elements of business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing top-tier customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and enhance efficiency in all store processes.
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
- Act as a talent leader, managing recruitment, training, engagement, and development of the non-management staff.
- Show up every day, embodying the best version of oneself and representing the brand and company culture.
- Build upon an initial foundation and have opportunities to grow into future leaders of the store's organization, with a promote-from-within philosophy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in operating register/POS systems and fulfilling OMNI Channel Orders.
- Passion for the brand and a commitment to exemplifying its values.
