Job Description
Maintain and meet profit, sales, and performance targets.
Optimize and manage the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Ensure high levels of customer service and associate performance.
Enforce quality standards and policies.
Communicate regularly with management and corporate offices.
Implement and promote store promotions and advertising.
Supervise and motivate employees, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Forecast staffing needs and assist in recruitment and retention efforts.
Encourage team members to exceed performance expectations.
Qualifications
Optical sales experience.
Preferred supervisory experience.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong relationships with associates.
Understanding of store operations and standards for success.
Effective communication skills (oral and written).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills for planning and monitoring progress.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills for analyzing and addressing issues.
