Assistant Manager - Optical
Job Description
Maintain and meet profit, sales, and performance targets.
Optimize and manage the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Ensure high levels of customer service and associate performance.
Enforce quality standards and policies, review remakes, and communicate effectively with management.
Manage store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising, ensuring all associates and doctors are informed.
Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates, and assist in forecasting staffing needs.
Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Optical sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with associates.
Strong understanding of store operations and the ability to set and achieve performance goals.
Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, and solve complex problems.
