Assistant Manager - Operations

Job Purpose

Lead the Relationship Manager (RM) Model for end-to-end customer assistance in the policy issuance process for Banca and allied partners, enabling faster issuance of policies and first class customer experience. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing people, processes, and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RM model to ensure efficient and effective customer assistance during the policy issuance process.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and vendor management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Compliance, and Sales to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
