About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and team, bringing our brand to life for customers. You drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while supporting the execution of store strategy to achieve performance goals. You will collaborate with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager to coach and cultivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand, understand the competition, and stay informed about the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel strategies for a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and teams to meet goals.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Metric-driven mindset to deliver results and meet business goals.
• Leadership skills to inspire and mentor others through coaching.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use retail technology and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay

Hourly range: $17.30 - $23.30. Employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet or exceed minimum wage requirements based on city, county, and state regulations.
