Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop loan servicing teams across multiple operational functions, including Bankruptcy, Insurance, Payment Processing, Titles, Credit Disputes, and Records Management.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and productivity metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees through regular performance discussions, feedback, and career development planning.
- Analyze operational trends and performance data to provide recommendations and drive strategic improvements.
- Monitor workflows, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Lead team meetings that communicate business priorities, performance results, policy updates, and company initiatives.
- Manage escalated customer concerns and complex servicing issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Partner with leadership to implement departmental strategies, initiatives, and performance goals.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Serve as a key operational leader and provide leadership continuity when department leadership is unavailable.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
