Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, scheduling, and payroll
• Maintain store records and inventory control
• Hire and train employees
• Monitor team performance
• Maintain product knowledge and customer service
• Participate in leadership forums
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years rental or retail supervisor experience (rental preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends (winter and spring holidays required)
• Fluent English communication

Minimum age: 18 years. Housing is not provided.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.14 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
