Assistant Manager - New Restaurant Opening!!

About the Role

We’re opening a brand-new Dunkin’ restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls—Trinity Square—and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help bring the location to life. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts, driving sales and profit goals, and developing team members through training and performance initiatives. This is an opportunity to grow as a leader while making an impact in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient shifts.
• Support local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Train and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes or variations.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Minimum age of 18 (or higher, per applicable law).
• Ability to start shifts as early as 4 AM.
• Strong guest service skills and a passion for creating positive experiences.
