Assistant Manager - New Model Launch Marine Operations

About the role

We are seeking a leadership-focused professional responsible for ensuring the successful validation, compliance, and readiness of new products for the U.S. market. This role supervises the Rigging & Parts Specialist, manages resources within the New Model Marine team, and oversees warehouse activities for service campaigns and safety recalls to maintain product quality and customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Leading operational readiness for new product launches from validation to post-launch support.
• Coordinating field testing to identify performance and durability risks.
• Documenting and communicating service issues and corrective actions with engineering and operations teams.
• Supporting sales and service training with product knowledge and launch materials.
• Planning and managing warehouse campaigns and logistics.
• Supervising rigging activities, goal-setting, and resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years in product quality, manufacturing, field service, or related operations; additional experience may substitute for education.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical products and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
