Assistant Manager - Marketing, Sales And Brand Development

About the role

Dress Dhaka is a rapidly growing Bangladeshi brand specializing in baby and children's garments. We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Merchandiser to strengthen our brand development and expand our nationwide wholesale dealer network in the Bangladesh local market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baby and children's apparel collections for the Bangladesh local market.
• Plan and execute merchandising activities based on local market demand and consumer trends.
• Develop and expand dealer and sub-dealer networks across Bangladesh.
• Contribute to brand development, product positioning, and nationwide market expansion.
• Prepare product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate sourcing, supply chain, production planning, and product development.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collect and develop new fashion collections in line with local market requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fashion merchandising or related roles.
• Strong skills in fashion merchandising, merchandise planning, fashion retail, and fashion marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the garment industry, retail merchandising, and creative merchandising.
• Experience with global business development, garment manufacturing, and merchandising software.
