Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Handle corporate and government clients, including ministries, agencies, and large enterprises.
- Provide top Management monthly/Quarterly/Annually sales Target & Business Development Plan.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
- Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Prepare and submit tender documents (EOI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) in compliance with requirements.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in software solutions and IT-enabled services.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and industry connections.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to the top management.
- Follow up on bids, proposals, and client communications effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-12 years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
