About the role
This role will cover a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our shop floors, including:
- Support store operations
- Customer service excellence
- Team leadership
- Support the Store Manager with day to day operations
- Stock management
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Contribute towards colleagues training across the store
