Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare for success through a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Able to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Desired Skills & Experience
- Serve Safe certified
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
