About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare for success through a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Able to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Flexible schedule, including weekends

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certified
• Flexibility to work in a hot, noisy, and confined kitchen environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Manage conflicts/difficult situations
