Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare for success through a 3- to 4-week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs
Desired Skills & Experience
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours and reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and managing conflicts/difficult situations
