Responsibilities
- Aid the network in achieving sales targets through strategic product allocation and movements, aligning stock with high-potential markets under the guidance of the Manager.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels, identifying gaps and opportunities to support the network and update product knowledge tools accordingly.
- Support the Manager with inbound/exports and transfers, as well as international rotations of high-jewelry creations.
- Collaborate with the Manager to execute product strategy rollouts for novelty launches, including preparing internal tools, managing pre-sales, and gathering post-launch insights to inform future forecasts.
- Execute pre and post-event allocation, attend and facilitate high-jewelry events as needed, and close collaboration with supply chain and merchandising partners.
- Update and organize stock analysis reporting, support public relations needs for editorials, events consignment, and collaborate with high-jewelry marketing counterparts on allocation reviews, product coordination, and quality control statuses.
- Manage sellable state of stock, coordinate and prioritize quality control and repairs with the US workshop, and update shared dashboards daily.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or retail; High Jewelry product experience a plus and knowledge of basic jewelry terms.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed; proficiency in French is a plus.
Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 (Annual)
