Essential Responsibilities
- Assists the individual(s) we support with the day-to-day management of their lives.
- Assists the individual(s) we support in active participation in his/her community.
- Management Functions
- Assists in the development and implementation of the Residential Habilitation Plan.
- Provides input to the individual's program plan.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency and two (2) years experience with the developmentally disabled population. Supervisory experience preferred.
- OR Two (2) year degree in related field and one (1) year experience with the developmentally disabled population. Supervisory experience preferred.
