Essential Responsibilities

• Assists the individual(s) we support with the day-to-day management of their lives.
• Assists the individual(s) we support in active participation in his/her community.
• Management Functions
• Assists in the development and implementation of the Residential Habilitation Plan.
• Provides input to the individual's program plan.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency and two (2) years experience with the developmentally disabled population. Supervisory experience preferred.
• OR Two (2) year degree in related field and one (1) year experience with the developmentally disabled population. Supervisory experience preferred.
