Responsibilities

  • Direct and establish daily operational procedures of the restaurant outlet.
  • Manage restaurant staff through daily line-ups, on-going training, maintaining team morale, and effective communication regarding policies and progressive discipline when necessary.
  • Schedule team members to ensure correct staffing for service and profitability.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products and preparation, trends, wine, and beverages while abiding and enforcing Colorado liquor laws.
  • Assist with interviewing and training of new hires.
  • Aid in restaurant finances including budgeting, inventory, and growth of revenue streams.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (including grooming standards).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to directly supervise front of house and back of house team members.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Ability to uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

  • Ability to directly supervise front of house and back of house team members.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
