Responsibilities
- Direct and establish daily operational procedures of the restaurant outlet.
- Manage restaurant staff through daily line-ups, on-going training, maintaining team morale, and effective communication regarding policies and progressive discipline when necessary.
- Schedule team members to ensure correct staffing for service and profitability.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products and preparation, trends, wine, and beverages while abiding and enforcing Colorado liquor laws.
- Assist with interviewing and training of new hires.
- Aid in restaurant finances including budgeting, inventory, and growth of revenue streams.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (including grooming standards).
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to directly supervise front of house and back of house team members.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
