Work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. Model exemplary service and selling behaviors while hiring, training, and developing a strong team of Associates. Ensure smooth execution of Store operations and create a great Store environment.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $18.50 – $20.50. Offer placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume, and location.
