Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse.
- Responsible for shipping, stocking, and rotation of food product to the venues.
- Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.
- Maintains all vehicles in working order.
- Participates in the development of employee, training programs and the monitoring of results of training.
- Supports the creation of a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Affords assistance with performance development including administering discipline, resolving employee relations' issues and conducting individual and team meetings.
- Provides input for the development of policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas. Responsible for employee schedules, payroll and counseling.
- Affords assistance with the purchase of required supplies/equipment within approved budget.
- Participates in the development operating budgets and the monitoring of adherence.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control experience required with 3-5 years supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day.
- Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated.
- Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
