Key Responsibilities

  • Operational excellence across all phases of event planning and execution
  • Leads event logistics for on-site events, including corporate functions, weddings, VIP tastings, and TWE brand activations
  • Counsels site inspections with clients and vendors
  • Oversees event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Acts as the on-site host and TWE representative, directing staff, resolving issues, and ensuring premium guest experiences
  • Captures client relationships before, during, and after events
  • Manages staffing needs, including booking temporary staff when required
  • Pairs with vendors
  • Supports event planning by confirming client details
  • Utilizes TWE’s event management software to update event details
  • Holds weekly cross-functional meetings with Event, Hospitality, and Trade Education teams and provides recaps
  • Serves as the Safety Lead for the Events Department
  • Collaborates on new event concepts and enhancements to TWE’s private event offerings
  • This includes crafting vision boards for the look and feel for all events
  • Supports special projects and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conducts regular inventory audits and maintains organized storage areas
  • Corporate Gifting Support

About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, or restaurant service
  • People-management experience preferred
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Ability to present confidently to groups of all sizes
  • Professional brand-aligned presence
  • Wine and food knowledge
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and hospitality
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Availability for extended hours, holidays, and weekends

Compensation

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $26.44 to $34.13 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market considerations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, commissions, and/or a comprehensive benefits package, as applicable.
