Assistant Manager - Entry Level

About the role

This individual will be the right hand to our Managing Partner and cross train in various departments in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business practices.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train and develop the Direct Sales team
• Train in various departments including Direct Marketing, Sales, Promotions, Public Speaking, Leadership, Business Development, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Public Relations

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in a professional setting
• Outgoing, charismatic and personable
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Passionate about learning new skills
• Open minded and career oriented
• Excellent public speaking skills
• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
