About the role

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in leading a dynamic team and ensuring high-quality patient care at Image Dental & Orthodontics. This position requires a candidate with dental experience, preferably in sales, and knowledge of insurance companies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements
• Work closely with doctors and the office manager to set and achieve goals
• Motivate and energize the team and patients
• Utilize leadership skills to drive success
• Operate in a fully digital environment

Requirements

• Dental experience required
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures
• Ability to work in a fully digital environment
• Strong leadership skills
