Assistant Manager - Credit

Minimum starting hourly rate of $22.10 – $26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch "white glove" service with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean store for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
