Assistant Manager - Credit

Minimum starting hourly rate of $19.55 – $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load, unload, and install products safely and compliantly while following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
