About the role
The Assistant Manager role is a multifaceted position that combines elements of business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing top-notch customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and ensure efficiency in all store processes.
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
- Act as a talent leader, managing recruitment, training, engagement, and development of non-management staff.
- Show up every day, embodying the best version of oneself and representing the brand and company culture.
- Train and develop the non-management staff, building and maintaining visual displays, and fulfilling OMNI Channel Orders.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision-making, protect store assets, and perform inventory control.
- Operate register/POS systems and represent the brand and exemplify company values.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience in store operations, customer service, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems and OMNI Channel Order fulfillment.
