About the role

The Assistant Manager- Clearfield position is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Clearfield facility, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at the Clearfield facility
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency
  • Prepare reports and maintain records as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
