About the Role
We're looking for Assistant Managers with restaurant experience and a desire to grow into management and beyond. This full-time position (50 hours per week) focuses on making genuine connections with Team Members and Guests while helping our restaurants deliver great results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product, Guest service, and hospitality.
- Review documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations.
- Assist with the training of non-management employees.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to Team Members based on work requirements.
- Administer kitchen set-up by creating prep sheets and station and cleaning duties.
- Attend Manager and Certified Trainer meetings.
- Perform basic register functions including voids, comps, discounts, and other table maintenance.
- Assist management in monitoring food and beverage preparation, receiving, and storage.
- Rectify Guest complaints.
- When needed, perform the duties of a Server, Bartender, Host, Expediter, Line/Prep Cook, or Dishwasher.

$65,000 yearly.
