About The Role

The Global Assistant Brand Marketing Manager supports the planning, testing and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, influencer, PR, and brand activation efforts. This role requires an organized, creative, and analytical marketer who can manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and use campaign insights to optimize future activity. The ideal candidate brings experience in brand, social, or influencer marketing and a strong understanding of how to build community and brand affinity across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, e-commerce, merchandising, PR, and international teams to deliver cohesive global marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of influencer partnerships across international markets, including Canada, Australia, and the UK.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including campaign briefs, talent curation, rate negotiation, contracts, product fulfilment, relationship management, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, PR partners, and internal stakeholders to support successful collaborations.
  • Serve as the global social media subject matter expert, sharing best practices, supporting local teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Partner with creative, local marketing, and e-marketing teams to brief, create, curate, and optimize organic and paid social content.
  • Support the testing and optimization of creative, messaging, and campaign approaches using performance insights.
  • Analyze social media, influencer, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform future marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to source and leverage user-generated content across global marketing initiatives.
  • Support global PR initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, activations, sweepstakes, and giveaways across international markets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, user-generated content opportunities, and emerging social platforms to bring fresh ideas to the business.
  • Manage marketing operations, including budgets, invoices, contracts, forecasts, accruals, reporting, and campaign administration to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital, social media, influencer, PR, brand marketing, or a related field; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience managing social media channels, influencer campaigns, or integrated marketing initiatives, ideally for a brand with national or international reach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear, concise copy and adopt a brand voice clearly and authentically.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and the ability to analyze and report on marketing performance.
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Airtable, Figma, or similar project management and creative collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Experience interpreting campaign and social analytics to optimize performance and inform creative development.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, PR, and international teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and manage internal and external stakeholders confidently and professionally.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and learn new platforms, tools, and marketing best practices.

Pay & Schedule

  • This role requires being onsite in the office Monday through Thursday, with Friday optional in the office.
  • The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000–$80,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
