Assistant Manager Beverage (Mixologist)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the managerial presence for the Beverage Department during assigned shifts, overseeing all aspects of beverage service and operations.
- Supervise Assistant Managers, ensuring safe alcohol service, protection of assets, and high performance in delivering memorable guest service.
- Adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures and Gaming Commission Regulations.
- Oversee floor, service, and operational responsibilities for the Beverage Department, focusing on bar operations and infrastructure.
- Drive team member satisfaction through ongoing training and development.
- Manage beverage assets, including inventory control, pour analysis, and pricing/purchasing specifications.
- Perform other assignments as directed.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of food or beverage management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with Stratton Warren purchasing system and POS procedures on Info-genesis platform preferred.
- Experience in high-volume beverage operations and/or casino/hotel environment preferred.
- Strong team orientation with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and meet deadlines.
- Punctuality and reliability in a fast-paced, guest-service-oriented environment.

Schedule
The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe and other federally recognized Native American Tribes. Final candidates must pass a background check, including credit, criminal, and drug screening, to obtain gaming licensure.
