ASSISTANT MANAGER (Austin)

Job Purpose

Assist in managerial duties such as inventory, operations, and sales coaching.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for customer issues.
• Help customers find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
• Create long-term customer relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
• Be a reliable team member with good communication skills.
• Accurately complete operational duties within required timeframes.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (required).
• Reliable transportation (preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or waiting tables.
• First job opportunity or interest in sales.
• Fluency in Spanish.
