What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Model and lead a customer-first selling culture
• Analyze business trends and problem-solve opportunities
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team
• Support a safe work environment through safety training
• Execute daily business tasks and duties
• Plan and prioritize according to business needs
• Validate and maintain loss prevention policies and inventory management

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
• Effective communication and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving and sound decision-making skills
• Effective delegation and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Standing for extended periods, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Minimum age of 21 years
