Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on fashion and beauty products
• Assist customers in finding the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful
• Support customers through all life's important moments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of fashion and beauty trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Beauty, Retail Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail experience
• Experience in customer service and sales
