Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on fashion and beauty products
- Assist customers in finding the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful
- Support customers through all life's important moments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion and beauty trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Beauty, Retail Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail experience
- Experience in customer service and sales
