About the role
As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing a team of Stylists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position within a retail environment
- Experience in special occasion and/or fast fashion retail preferred

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $XX - $YY per hour
Schedule
Hours: Monday through Saturday, typically 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
