About the role
As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing a team of Stylists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant retail experience
- Experience in a supervisory or management position preferred
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$15 - $18 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hours vary based on store needs, typically 10 hours per week with potential for increase.
