Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for customers to find their perfect look.
• Ensure all products are displayed and organized to enhance customer experience.
• Offer personalized styling advice and consultations to help customers feel confident and beautiful.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking and returns.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage with the community.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-end fashion setting.
• Experience with customer service and sales techniques.
